Flash Memory Map

The 4 MB FLASH maps into 4 areas:

Boot loader: 64 KB

uClinux kernel and Romfs : 1.2 MB – 1.5 MB

User JFFS2 Disk: 2.5 MB – 6.5 MB

Web-based Tools

The web-based tools are easier for most users.

Firmware Backup

This will save the complete 4 MB Flash image to your computer.

Firmware Update

You can select the areas you want to update.

Restore Default

This will copy "/flash/config/app-default.ini" to "/flash/config/app.ini". All current settings are lost.

Reboot System

This wil use the command "reboot" to generate a physical reset signal.
